This game is made to describe how it is to work under a boss that won't let you rest for even a minute in peace even if that boosts your productivity. 
The eyes watch your every move. And do remember to finish your task before your shift ends, otherwise, your fate won't be any different from employees who actually did slack. 
Be a good employee or die a slacker. 

Anyways, LMB to pick up objects and interact, RMB to put them back down. Rest is self explanatory.
